Permabond Engineering Adhesives has announced the launch of a new range of high-performance epoxy adhesives designed for ease of use. Permabond's new products have a 1:1 mix ratio (resin and hardener) and cure at room temperature. Several of the new products have rapid cure speeds, offering user benefits in terms of reduced clamping times and increased production rates. Other products in the new range include a clear, non-yellowing epoxy and a flexible grade with high peel strength, allowing the user greater freedom of joint design while still maintaining performance. The new adhesives are suitable for bonding, sealing, encapsulating and repairing plastics, metal, composites, ceramics, and wood.
