JAYGO: Tilting Extruder Mixer
The MXE 2500 from Jaygo, Inc. was designed to mix, disperse and extrude high-viscosity adhesives, sealants, caulks, putties, ceramic pastes, and various types of chewing gums. This extruder mixer includes cored Sigma blades for heating or cooling, a special hydraulic "screw puller" to aide in the cleaning process, and the ability to tilt over the entire mixing trough for cleaning and inspection of the interior. Laboratory to production sizes are available.
