Plasticolors Inc., a manufacturer of custom colorant and chemical dispersions for the thermoset plastics and paint and coatings industries, has announced the appointment of Dan Leslie as technical service representative for the Thermoset Composites Business Unit. At Plasticolors, Leslie will be responsible for technical service and new product development.

Prior to Plasticolors, Leslie received his Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Akron. Since receiving his degree, Leslie has worked at Plymouth Technology and GE Water and Process Technology. At both companies, he was responsible for assisting customers with technical issues and cost reduction solutions in their facilities through reformulation or process overhauls.
