Fournier Named to Kraton Board of Directors
Kraton Performance Polymers Inc. recently announced the appointment of Dominique Fournier to its Board of Directors. Fournier served as CEO of Infineum International Ltd., a joint venture specialty chemical company owned by Shell and ExxonMobil, until his retirement in December 2011. He previously served in various positions in the chemical businesses of ExxonMobil (and its predecessor Exxon).
