RPM International Inc. recently announced it has acquired Kirker Enterprises Inc., a leading manufacturer of nail care enamels, coatings components and related products for the personal care industry. Kirker has annual sales in excess of $100 million.

“Kirker will operate as a stand-alone company within our RPM2 business group and continue to provide its customers the same level of outstanding service and innovation to which they are accustomed,” said Frank C.
