Royal Holdings Inc., a holding company of Arsenal Capital Partners, recently announced that it has acquired the stock of Adhesives Packaging Specialties Inc. (APS) through its Royal Packaging Specialties subsidiary.

“We are excited to acquire the market-leading and most innovative custom packager that will serve as a standalone platform to build a larger business dedicated to improving our domestic and international customers process for packaging, mixing, and applying adhesives and sealants that are specified for use in their end products,” said Ted Clark, CEO of Royal Holdings. “We are pleased that we will be able to support the APS management team in executing their strategy and continuing to provide the high level of service and quality to their customers that they are known for.”
