Emerald Performance Materials recently announced it has relocated its regional sales office serving the Asia-Pacific region to a new location in Hong Kong. The relocation is expected to help support the company’s growth plans in the region.

Emerald Hong Kong serves as a customer service and commercial development office responsible for the growth of targeted product lines in Asia. The technical support team works with customers and distributors in the region to identify new opportunities and drive them through to commercialization. The staff also provides service support, including coordination of supply chain and logistics, for Emerald’s four business groups. 

The relocation follows a number of changes and additions at Emerald Hong Kong over the past year. In 2012, the company invested in additional resources to support growing demand in Asia for two of Emerald’s business groups: CVC Thermoset Specialties and Emerald Kalama Chemical.
