Chemsultants International recently announced it has received certification to ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2008. The certification reportedly enables the company to move forward into niche contract manufacturing for medical device and specialty industrial applications.

The certification complements the precision clean room that was added in 2012, according to Gary Avalon, COO. “This assures medical and specialty industrial end users that they have a single entity for their product development, scale-up and manufacturing needs.”
