Engineered Polymer Solutions (EPS) will present its range of acrylic emulsions designed to maximize the performance of removable and permanent pressure-sensitive adhesives at the Adhesive and Sealant Council Annual Spring Convention and Expo, which takes place April 8-10 in in Philadelphia.

The company offers polymers that can deliver a high-strength bond for removable pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs). These acrylic emulsions are reportedly important for formulating adhesives that meet performance objectives like low peel, moderate tack and high shear.

EPS® 2113 is an all-acrylic latex PSA for permanent type applications and for the formulation of plasticizer-free pigmented caulks, as well as film-to-film lamination. It can allow formulation of products with broad adhesion, blush resistance and excellent clarity.

EPS 2127 is a high-solids acrylic copolymer emulsion that reportedly exhibits an excellent balance of adhesive properties and can be used in both tackified and non-tackified adhesive formulations. It is FDA 175.105 compliant.
