Redelease Receives LORD Preferred Distributor in South America Award
In addition to commercial performance, questions evaluated by LORD to define the winner of the award include the numbers of projects implemented and some qualitative aspects, such as excellence in customer service.
For the second consecutive year, LORD, a Brazilian subsidiary of the North American LORD Corp., has awarded Redelease as the Preferred Distributor for Structural Adhesives in South America in 2019. LORD has been a partner of Redelease since 2005.
“Throughout 2018, Redelease was the distributor of our network that stood out the most, showing a growth of about 100% of sales compared to the previous period,” said Tiago Fruet, LORD account manager.
In addition to commercial performance, questions evaluated by LORD to define the winner of the award include the numbers of projects implemented and some qualitative aspects, such as excellence in customer service. “The award aims at the continuous strengthening of our distribution channel,” said Fruet. “In 2018, LORD’s sales through distributors grew more than 70% in South America, and now account for more than 20% of the total.”
According to Roberto Iacovella, managing partner of Redelease, winning the award again reinforces the importance of transparency in the exchange of information between distributor and distributed. “We have developed a very consistent line of communication since we started the partnership with LORD,” he said. “This helps us to act, in a very concrete way, as an arm of your commercial area.”
