Maroon Group LLC recently announced that it has acquired Cambrian Solutions Inc., a distributor of specialty ingredients and chemicals based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Established in 1995, Cambrian Solutions offers a portfolio of specialty ingredients and chemicals to customers in a variety of markets.
In addition to broadening its North American network of customers, suppliers, and facilities, Maroon Group reports that this acquisition reinforces its focus on providing differentiated value-added capabilities to customers’ and principals’ supply chains through technical proficiency, formulary expertise, and client solutions laboratories. Cambrian’s leadership team will continue to actively manage the business on a day-to-day basis while leveraging Maroon Group’s global network of resources.
