Scheugenpflug recently announced that it will present its new LiquiPrep material preparation and feeding unit for the first time in hall A4, booth 454, at productronica, which will be held November 12-15 in Munich, Germany. An evolution of the company’s A310 system, LiquiPrep reportedly offers high feeding performance, easy maintenance, and long service life.

The LiquiPrep material preparation and feeding unit is designed for self-leveling media up to 70,000 mPa∙s. According to the company, the patented diaphragm pump ensures a continuously high feeding performance and offers increased wear resistance that results in long service life. The new EViS control unit reportedly makes the system easy and intuitive to operate.
