Cimbar Resources Acquires Calcium Carbonates Operation from Imerys Carbonates USA

Cimbar Resources Inc. recently completed its acquisition of the calcium carbonates manufacturing assets in Sahuarita, Arizona, from Imerys Carbonates USA Inc. The Sahuarita manufacturing site broadens Cimbar Resources’ portfolio and will further support the company’s goal of providing a variety of products to customers from multiple locations. The capability will provide more product security, availability, and business continuity.
