Intertape Polymer Group (IPG) has announced the retirement of its CEO, Greg Yull, and the appointment of Pete Durette to the position. Yull joined IPG in 1990, and became CEO in 2010. IPG says his accomplishments over the past 12 years are too extensive to list.

Durette, Yull’s successor, has experience in the packaging industry that includes various senior leadership roles with WestRock, including chief strategy officer and president of Corrugated Packaging. Durrette was responsible for $8 billion in revenue, approximately 150 manufacturing sites, and 16,000 employees at WestRock. Prior to this, Durette worked in strategy consulting for a boutique advisory firm, where he spent 13 years advising a large number of companies on strategy and shareholder value creation.
