All4Labels Global Packaging Group, an international manufacturer of packaging solutions, is continuing its global growth strategy by acquiring Carlucci, an Italian producer of pressure-sensitive labels and packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

In November 2021, Sika signed a definitive agreement to acquire MBCC Group (former BASF Construction Chemicals).

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the first half of 2023.

“In addition to shortening cycle times for our customers, this acquisition offers a significant growth opportunity for us in North America,” said Mike Frost, EUKALIN’s North American sales leader for the envelope and traditional EUKALIN market segments.

The new partnership will accelerate the company's sustainable growth on an international scale.
