The only North American sustainability event for the adhesive and sealant industry, ASC’s annual Sustainability Summit is set to take place in Cincinnati, Ohio, from September 23–25, 2024.

As the demand for environmentally friendly products rises, manufacturers are evaluating their current sustainability practices and finding ways to minimize their environmental impact.

Henkel explained that the cutting-edge facility is an essential addition to its Battery Engineering Center, which was first introduced in September 2023 with the launch of the Battery Application Center.

Fully certified, the product is designed for use by carton, corrugated packaging, and point-of-sale converters, as well as contract packers.

The product features a proprietary, stretchable facestock optimized for battery pack assembly. 

The new VP has experience in Europe, the United States, and Asia-Pacific in various industries including building materials, hygiene, packaging, luxury perfumes and cosmetics, biobased industrial solutions, and food ingredients.

The award recognizes innovations in the global automotive chain and is determined by an independent panel of judges.
