The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recently released the final risk evaluation for formaldehyde conducted under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and the American Chemistry Council’s (ACC) Formaldehyde Panel issued a statement challenging the scientific rigor of EPA’s assessment.
