Spring is such a great time of year. As the trees start to bud and the flowers peek up out of the dirt, we begin to feel like anything is possible.

In August 2012, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) issued a joint final rule for Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) standards for 2017-2025.

As in previous years, this year’s handbook has been updated with many new products and definitions.
