Auto assembly includes long production lines with welding bolts and screws, right? But is it possible to assemble a car with glue?

I know my brother has assembled a number of cars with glue in his day ... but they were those little model cars, so they probably don't count.

What are your thoughts on using glue for auto assembly? Many parts are already assembled using adhesives, which certainly make the cars lighter and more efficient -- as well as introduce a number of environmental benefits. But could an entire car be assembled usingonly adhesives?
