It's Getting Brighter ... (3/19/09)
Our industry is getting more positive about the future as well. Results from a recent E-News survey show that our readers are getting increasingly optimistic about the future of business. According to the responses we received from our March 10 poll, over 85% of readers expect business to return to pre-recession sales levels, and nearly 80% expect their business to return to pre-recession return-on-investment/profitability levels. This is great news, and a sure sign that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Not only will the industry continue to survive, but will thrive as the economy levels out and production begins to increase. And that’s something that will make us all feel a little more positive!
