Lessons Learned
I think
it’s safe to say that we’re all thinking more about safety since seeing footage
of the survivors of US Airways Flight 1549 standing in a row on the aircraft’s
wing. I know that for the future, I will pay more attention to the flight
attendants’ safety briefing instead of tuning out and instead tuning into my
iPod and book.
The New York Times recently had a good story on “lessons learned” from the crash. Please take a minute to read them, whether you’re a seasoned world traveler or only fly once or twice a year. They really could make a difference on your next flight.
