In an effort to enable consumers to identify environment-friendly products, as well as to encourage energy efficiency, waste minimization and sustainable products for manufacturers, a Turkish organization has created an ecolabel certification system. The ecolabel system starts with reviewing the procurement of raw materials and covers each stage of production along the way.
