The Adhesive and Sealant Council, FEICA, and the China Adhesives and Tape Industry Association have partnered to update and harmonize adhesive and sealant industry terms, definitions, and market segmentation published in the "ASC-CATIA-FEICA Adhesives and Sealants Classification Manual."

FEICA, the Association of the European Adhesive & Sealant Industry, recently announced that it has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 FEICA European Adhesive & Sealant Conference and EXPO due to the ongoing worldwide pandemic.
The report is intended to outline the main findings of the risk assessment and explain that human exposure to cyclic esters from polyester pre-polymers in food packaging adhesives is not relevant from a toxicological point of view.

FEICA, the Association of the European Adhesive and Sealant Industry, recently announced that it has published a Summary Report of a FEICA risk assessment carried out on cyclic esters potentially present in polyester adhesives intended to be used in food contact materials.
For the 2020 edition of the biannual award, 10 candidates submitted papers in innovative adhesion science, and the EURADH jury examined each one for everything from scientific impact to practical application.

The winner of the second FEICA/EURADH Adhesion Innovation Award is Elisa Arikan for her paper on “Structural Adhesive Bonding of Polymers-Surface Characteristics and Adhesion Mechanism.”
Kristel Ons served as deputy to Philip Bruce for the last four years and has been involved in all secretary general duties since the beginning of 2020 to ensure a smooth transition to the new role.
