Ross Mixers
ROSS Multi-Shaft Mixers
Available in a variety of dual shaft and triple shaft configurations, ROSS Multi-Shaft Mixers accommodate a flexible range of shear input and viscosities up to several hundred thousand centipoise.
The ROSS V Cone Tumble Blender utilizes diffusion mixing to deliver low-impact, highly accurate, and repeatable mixing of powders, high-density powdered metals, granules, pellets, and other free-flowing solids.
The custom-built ROSS FDA-3500 has a maximum working capacity of 3,500 gallons, a two-zone stainless steel dimpled jacket for heating/cooling, a 4” pneumatic discharge valve, and an explosion-proof load cell system rated for up to 20,000 lbs.
As an external mixer, the Inline SLIM can be piped to the recirculation loop of virtually any size vessel. The 3A-compliant machine–featuring tri-clamp connections–can be cleaned in place, but is also quick to disassemble for deep cleaning and sanitation.
The manufacturer of specialty mixing and blending equipment offers multiple technical resources on its revamped site, including case history articles, videos, white papers, and various other mixer literature.
