OQ Chemicals Announces Price Increases

Due to supply and demand as well as increased raw material costs, OQ Chemicals will increase the prices for the following products effective Jan. 1, 2024, or as contracts allow.
In North America, Neopentyl glycol Flakes, Neopentyl glycol Slurry, 2-Ethylhexanol and 2-Ethylhexaonic acid, n-Butanol, Isobutanol, n-Butyl acetate, Isobutyl acetate, and n-Butyraldehyde will all increase in price by $0.03-$0.045/lb.
In South America, for n-Butanol, Isobutanol, n-Butyl acetate, Isobutyl acetate, and n-Butyraldehyde, the prices will increase between $66-$88/mt.
The rest of the world can expect price increases in Neopentyl glycol Flakes, Neopentyl glycol Slurry, 2-Ethylhexanol, and 2-Ethylhexaonic acid between $90-$100/mt.
