Designed for high-speed wood coating applications, the VeriCure™ Water-Cooled UV LED curing system is a high-performance, energy-efficient UV LED curing system that delivers exceptional UV dose, uniformity, and process control.
The system features a patented Semiconductor Light Matrix (SLM) array design combined with a unique high efficiency cooling system, delivering high optical power and outstanding dose performance essential for high-speed processing. Patented SLM control technology provides optimum uniformity across the irradiation area to ensure peak performance and consistent curing quality. With available wavelengths of 365 nm, 395 nm, and 405 nm, the VeriCure system offers versatile integration supported by a comprehensive suite of communication protocols.
