Women in Chemicals is calling on its community to submit final nominations for the 2025 Woman of the Year Award, with the deadline set for Friday, May 30. This annual award honors one exceptional woman making a significant impact in the chemical industry — whether on the plant floor, in the boardroom, or anywhere in between. Nominations are submitted by members of the community, and the winner is selected through a community-wide vote, making it a true reflection of peer recognition.

Any woman working in or adjacent to the chemical industry is eligible, regardless of title, job function, or experience level, and multiple nominations are encouraged. The award winner will receive industry recognition, a published feature on the Women in Chemicals platforms, a custom plaque and swag, and the opportunity to be interviewed at the Annual Conference and co-interview the 2026 winner.
