The European Adhesive Tape Association (Afera) will host European Tape Week from September 22-26, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency in Thessaloniki, Greece. The event brings together Afera’s Annual Conference, Technical Seminar, and sustainability and committee meetings into one integrated program, making it the largest gathering in Europe for the adhesive tape industry.

With over 35 expert and CEO speakers, the event aims to drive innovation, sustainability, and strategic development across the value chain. Participants will explore the theme: "Navigating the future of adhesive tapes: Transforming challenges into opportunities."

Program highlights of the event include the following:

• The 11^th annual Technical Seminar, taking place Sept 23-24, offers deep-dives into AI-driven tape tech, recycling-friendly materials, UV-curing, biodegradable polymers, and lab automation.
• The Joint Plenary Session will focus on regulation, sustainability, and Afera’s Flagship Sustainability Program.
• The 68^th Annual Conference, taking place September 24-26, will provide industry forecasts, battery tech, packaging trends, supply chain resilience, and sustainability metrics like assessing product carbon footprint.
• Top executives from NAR, Nitto EMEA, and artimelt AG will share market strategies, while Afera introduces its new TACK tool for standardized carbon footprint calculations.
• The event also prioritizes networking with shared meals, social evenings, and extended breaks, expecting over 250 attendees.
