This high-powered plasma treater provides uniform treatment at widths up to 1” wide in a single pass. It is ideal for cleaning, etching, and functionalizing plastic, metal and composite surfaces to improve surface wettability and bonding with adhesives, form-in-place-gaskets, paints, coatings, and inks.

“This new system is a great addition to our extensive product line as it provides manufacturers with a new option for treating one-inch-wide with consistency not found in rotary head plasma jets. Its robust design enables integration with robotics for complex treatment paths, or it can be used as a stationary capacity for continuous process applications.
