H.B. Fuller Announces Changes to Company’s Foundation

H.B. Fuller announced the transformation of its foundation with the launch of Fuller Impact. This new global platform unites philanthropic investments and community engagement under one purpose: to create stronger communities through innovation, collaboration, and sustained improvement. The expansion of the foundation’s impact reflects the company’s global footprint and deepens connection to local communities.
“Through Fuller Impact, we are deepening our commitment to advancing social good by empowering communities, fostering youth leadership, and supporting STEM education around the world,” said Sarah Neunsinger, executive director of the H.B. Fuller Co. Foundation. “This work is guided by our corporate values and inspired by the passion of our employees. We are Connecting What Matters globally, and creating meaningful, measurable impact that endures.”
Through Fuller Impact, the H.B. Fuller Co. Foundation is expanding its reach through global grantmaking and focusing resources on initiatives that align with the company’s areas of expertise and the passion of its people — STEM education and youth leadership development. The foundation’s goal is to broaden grant-giving and deepen its impact through strategic, equitable, and relevant investments in communities around the world.
“At H.B. Fuller, we believe that empowering young minds through STEM education and leadership development is the key to building resilient communities and a brighter future,” said Kirsten Stone, chair of the H.B. Fuller Company Foundation. “Through Fuller Impact, we’re not just investing in programs, we’re investing in potential, purpose, and the promise of tomorrow.”
As part of Fuller Impact, the company is also creating new ways to support employee volunteerism in local communities around the world through employee-led community affairs councils, service-oriented company events, matching donations, and other programs. In 2024 alone, H.B. Fuller employees volunteered more than 6,600 hours across 21 countries.
