A unique discharge chute with a replaceable Teflon liner can be quickly swapped out if a leak or burst chub occurs, helping operators return the line to full production with minimal downtime. Magnetic proximity sensors on the clipping and cutting head allow users to fine-tune cut and clip positions for each product and film combination, improving cut quality, reducing film waste, and supporting consistent, repeatable packaging results.
