The board of directors of H.B. Fuller Co. has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.2450 per share of common stock, payable on August 13, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 30, 2026.

For the second quarter of 2026, the company reported net revenue of $950 million, up 5.8% versus the second quarter of fiscal 2025. Pricing increased net revenue by 3.0%, which more than offset slightly lower volume, resulting in a 2.6% organic revenue increase year-on-year. Gross profit in the second quarter of fiscal 2026 was $320 million, and adjusted gross profit was $325 million. Net income for the second quarter of fiscal 2026 was $68 million, and adjusted net income was $78 million.
