Univar Solutions Expands EMEA CASE Distribution with Interpur Acquisition
Univar Solutions LLC has acquired Interpur Chemicals, a distributor of polyurethanes and powder coatings in Europe. The acquisition strengthens the company's Performance Materials business within Ingredients + Specialties, expanding its technical capabilities and regional coverage across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). By combining Interpur Chemicals' local market expertise with Univar Solutions' supplier relationships and distribution network, the companies aim to improve customers' access to materials, strengthen supply continuity, and enhance formulation support.

Univar Solutions has more than 100 years of experience in chemical and ingredient distribution. Interpur Chemicals has supplied chemical raw materials and technical consulting services to the polyurethane, resins, and powder coatings industries for more than 20 years. As part of the acquisition, 18 Interpur Chemicals employees will join Univar Solutions, supporting continuity for customers, suppliers, and other business partners.
