Siegwerk Accelerates Growth Strategy with Investments and Acquisitions

Over the next five years, the company plans to invest more than €300 million in organic growth and operational improvements, complemented by targeted acquisitions.
A key investment in 2025 was the acquisition of Allinova, a developer of functional coatings. The acquisition expanded Siegwerk's coatings portfolio and expertise in water-based dispersions. The company is also adding production capacity in India to support growing demand for Allinova's technologies across Asia.
Siegwerk continued to expand its global manufacturing network with a new site in Dubai, additional land for future expansion in Indonesia, and the reconstruction and expansion of its production facility in Bhiwadi, India. Once completed, the Bhiwadi site will become Siegwerk's largest Center of Excellence and feature increased production capacity and greater automation.
The company also invested in new production equipment in Germany and the United States, warehouse expansions, and global digital platforms for customer relationship management and product lifecycle management.
Siegwerk's investment strategy continued into 2026 with the acquisition of Hi-Tech Inks, strengthening its position in India's flexible packaging market. According to the company, the combined businesses now represent more than 20% of the country's flexible packaging inks market.
