RAMPF Announces Acquisition of Chinese Mixing and Dispensing Specialist

The RAMPF Group has acquired HGIT Dalian Huagong Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., a China-based specialist in mixing and dispensing systems. The acquisition significantly expands RAMPF’s product portfolio and global service capabilities, strengthening its ability to deliver tailored bonding, potting, and sealing solutions for reactive resins systems based on polyurethane, silicone, and epoxy.
HGIT Dalian Huagong Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003 and currently has 90 employees. Its acquisition by RAMPF further strengthens the Group’s position in mixing and dispensing technology for processing single- and multi-component reactive resins, complemented by customized automation solutions for handling, heat treatment, assembly, joining, logistics, and quality assurance.

The new company will operate under the name RAMPF Dispensing Technology (Dalian) Co., Ltd. Hannah Han will continue to lead the organization as CEO.
