ForzaSEAL® T-OS150 is a semi-self-leveling hybrid polymer sealant designed for roof seams, sidewalls, and panel sealing in transportation manufacturing, including buses, semi-trailers, cargo trailers and specialty vehicles. Based on modified silane polymer technology, the moisture-curing sealant flows into riveted joints, fastener lines and irregular roof seams to create a continuous seal.
The sealant’s semi-self-leveling formulation is designed to flow into riveted joints, fastener lines, and irregular roof seams, creating a continuous seal across the joint. It cures to a flexible, non-shrinking bond formulated to maintain performance through vibration, thermal cycling, and sustained outdoor exposure.
It offers 177-psi tensile strength, 280% elongation at break and a service temperature range of -75°F to 400°F. The 100%-solids formulation is UV resistant and paintable and is available in white, gray and black.
