ACTEGA Expands Sealant Manufacturing Capabilities in Asia
ACTEGA is investing in a new production facility for sealants at its Foshan site in Guangdong Province, China. This initiative will increase manufacturing capabilities and customer access across Asia, providing customers locally produced solutions and a responsive supply chain.
The construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of September 2026. By integrating local production, sales, and technical service capabilities within a single regional hub, ACTEGA will shorten delivery times and enhance responsiveness.
The new production platform will manufacture both premium and standard sealant grades for food and beverage can applications. ACTEGA is growing region, having recently opened and office and application laboratory in Bangkok, Thailand.
Customers will also gain access to ROTARflow®, the company's digital solution for monitoring and managing sealant film weights. In this high-volume environment, ROTARflow enables greater process transparency, optimized material consumption, and improved production consistency, helping can makers protect uptime and maximize operational efficiency at every stage of production.
