Ultra Additives Inc. will relocate its U.S. headquarters to Bloomfield, NJ, as of Oct. 6. This new facility will house all of the company's research and development, technical service, marketing, sales and administrative departments. Corporate Controller Michael Rubino said, "Our corporate goal is to sustain a rate of innovation by having greater than 30 percent of our total sales coming from newly developed products. This new facility provides us the space to achieve this objective by doubling our laboratory square footage, as well as accommodating our aggressive plans for intensive hiring of high level technical personnel."
