Bayer Corp.’s Rubber Group, Akron, Ohio, has appointed PolymerLatex Inc. as sales agent for its latex chemicals line of rubber chemicals in the North American market. PolymerLatex Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of PolymerLatex GmbH, Germany, which is a 50/50 joint venture between Bayer AG and Degussa-Hüls AG.
