TAPPI's Polymers, Laminations and Coatings Division Gets a New Name
ATLANTA - TAPPI announced that its Polymers, Laminations and Coatings Division will go by a new name, the PLACE (Polymers, Laminations, Adhesives, Coatings and Extrusions) Division. The change was made to better reflect the core membership of the division and to expand the division's effort to serve the needs of all aspects of the converting and packaging industries.
The PLACE Division of TAPPI provides technical resources for converting and packaging professionals, including specialized technical committees, conference technical sessions and short courses on the latest technological developments. The PLACE Division also provides networking opportunities to learn from experts in the flexible packaging industry.
