The DYNA-STAT dynamic mix/dispense head combines maximum mixing capability with solvent-free operation. By rotating plastic disposable mixers, the DYNA-STAT ensures complete mixing of many urethanes and optically clear epoxies while eliminating the need for solvent flushing. A servo-controlled motor provides repeatable operation and high-speed rotation. Precise speeds and results can be reproduced in production. The DYNA-STAT is used in urethane foam applications where precise cell structure is needed.
