ASHBY CROSS: Mix/Dispense Valve
Two versions are available of the DYNA-STAT®, a dynamic mix/dispense valve with disposable mix elements for adhesive dispensing systems. The valve provides high shear mixing energy for materials such as urethane elastomer, gel and foam. Used in applications such as weather stripping, insulation, sealing and filtration (where static mixing may not perform), the DYNA-STAT efficiently mixes two-component urethanes in a plastic disposable chamber. An air injection port provides a means to introduce air into the mix chamber for applications such as foam. A portion of the poly side is directed around the rotating shaft to lubricate and prevent ISO buildup in the shaft area.
