A new electrically driven DYNA-STAT^®dynamic mix/dispense valve is now available for mixing low- to medium-viscosity materials. In applications where static mixers cannot adequately mix the two components, the valve reportedly combines adjustable, high shear mixing with disposable mixers.

Four mixer sizes are available to match most dispensing applications. The disposable mix chambers can eliminate the need for a solvent flush cycle. In addition, an electronic console includes RPM indicator and a speed controller, which reportedly provides repeatability and adjustable mixer speed.
