Ideal for liquids up to 1200 cP, the valve system ensures effective control of over-spray and virtually eliminates nozzle dripping. The high-performance Loctite Spray Valve 98520 delivers consistent performance over a wide range of operating conditions with consistent spray coverage shot after shot. The valve features single-acting on/off actuation and a cycle rate of up to 600 cycles per minute. The valve's full stainless steel body and wetted parts ensure long-term performance and durability. The high-precision, short-stroke needle (with standard 0.046" nozzle diameter) delivers a consistently round, full-cone spray pattern. The valve also features air pressure and stroke adjustment, as well as a positive shut-off that eliminates dripping.
