The new Jaygo Sigma-Blade mixer offers process flexibility, user friendliness, and ease of cleaning and maintenance. The mixer is available in all sizes from 1/4 gallon to 1,000 gallons and can offer the following features: ASME-coded jacket; tilt discharge; cored blades of various designs and a new drive design. A high-torque drive system can be supplied, monitored by a PLC unit that can also control the safety functions and the instrumentation of the mixer. The unit comes standard with single-speed blades. The mixer normally has a jacket for heating and cooling and is also designed for working under vacuum. The unit is constructed of carbon or stainless steel and features compact design.
