TRA-Con: Tra-Bond Adhesive
Tra-Bond 223F01 offers a thermal conductivity of 1.34 W/M/K. The adhesive offers a long working life of 24 hours. It requires curing temperatures of over 100C and can develop a glass transition temperature of 133C. The adhesive is also NASA Outgassing approved. It is perfect for high temperature applications where thermal conductivity, low shrinkage, and excellent chemical resistance are important. The adhesive provides excellent adhesion to most metals, glass and plastic substrates. It develops mechanically strong bonds and is an excellent electrical insulator.
