BASF NAMES NEW DISTRIBUTORS FOR LATEX DISPERSION PRODUCTS IN THE NORTHEAST AND MIDWEST
BASF has named two new distributors for a number of its latex dispersions products in the U.S., effective Oct. 1, 2008.
D. H. Litter Co. will be an exclusive distributor for BASF Acronal®, Acronal Optive®, Butofan®, Butonal®, Styrofan® and Styronal® latex dispersion products sold to the architectural coatings, construction, adhesive and other markets in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, and Virginia. D.H. Litter currently distributes other BASF product lines.
GMZ, Inc. will be an exclusive distributor for BASF Acronal®, Acronal Optive®, Butofan®, Butonal®, Styrofan® and Styronal® latex dispersion products sold to the architectural coatings, construction, adhesive, and other markets in Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky.
Since both distributors also handle products from other BASF businesses, their use will help to improve logistics efficiencies for BASF customers.
