R.E. Carroll Inc. Announces Distribution Agreement with Pergan Marshall LLC for Organic Peroxides (3/23/09)

R.E. Carroll Inc., Trenton, NJ, has announced a distribution agreement with Pergan Marshall LLC to sell their Peroxan organic peroxides in North America to the adhesives industry.

Pergan Marshall LLC is the American subsidiary of Pergan GmbH, based in Bocholt, Germany. The Marshall, TX, facility is the former Chemtura Organic Peroxides plant and has been manufacturing organic peroxides for over 30 years.
