Brooks Instrument announced that Clark Hale has joined the company as president and CEO. Hale will be responsible for leading all global operations, including quality, material management, procurement and manufacturing engineering functions.

Hale has more than 25 years of experience driving revenues, profits and cash flow in $200-$500-million operations. He previously served as vice president of Victaulic Co. and held leadership positions with Emerson Electric, among others.

Hale has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Brown University, a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California-Berkeley and an MBA from Rutgers University.
