This company offers three sizes of its V-Blenders from stock. The blenders are most often used for the intimate dry blending of free-flowing solids. The solids being blended in these units can vary in bulk density and in percentage of the total mixture.

Materials being blended are constantly being split and intermixed as the shell rotates. Normal cycle times are typically about 15 minutes, but can be shorter depending on the blending difficulty.

All Ross V-Blenders have intensifier bars to permit delumping and deagglomeration as needed. Discharge is accomplished through a manually operated butterfly valve. The valve is positioned 24 in. from the floor when in the bottom position.

The dry blenders are available from stock in 5, 10 and 15 cu ft sizes. In addition, all blenders have type 316 stainless steel parts, a 150 grit exterior finish and mirror finish on internal surfaces, safety railings and stainless steel support stands, and fully integrated motors and controls. Blenders can be customized to include special discharge valves and customer requirements.
